If they participate in Flixya Revenue Sharing and use Flixya to watch or submit videos, they are boosting their page impressions. This is a clear violation of Adsense TOS. Flixya doesn't encourage anyone to click on ads I'm no expert on Google adsense rules, but it appears as if the site is compliant.
